After reservation is confirmed by Central Kalahari Wild Tours, a deposit of 20% of the total price has to be paid. After 42 days before departure, the deposit is non-refundable
Further cancellation regulations are:
41^st day to 30^th day: 25%
29^th day to 22^nd day: 30%
21^st day to 15^th day: 50%
14^th day to 2^nd day: 80%
less than 2 days: 90%
The rest of the payment shall be paid not less than 14 days before arrival.
